From time to time appointments become available because customer circumstances change which leaves holes in our daily schedule. It is our goal at
Dry Systems to keep all of our technicians busy every day. To that end we have developed two incentive programs for our customers who are willing to sacrifice their flexibility for a legitimate discount.
- Stand-by Discount - A customer qualifies for a 15% discount on any cleaning when they agree to be placed on our Stand-by List. This is a list of customers who are flexible with their time and will help us by taking a time slot that becomes available due to "no shows" (customer not home when we arrive for their appointment), last minute cancellations, or availability's created by work shortages.
- Scheduling Discount - A customer qualifies for a 10% discount on any cleaning when they agree to have work completed the same day they call our office and conforms to our scheduling requirements. This would also apply if the next days work schedule is not filled and the customer agrees on that date, day and time.
If a customer chooses either discount program both parties benefit. Dry Systems keeps our schedule full and the customer receives a true discount on a quality service. For further information, please call our office and ask for our Stand-by Discount or Scheduling Discount details.
